Effective date: November 16, 2025
Planta provides digital subscription services and features for plant care. This Refund Policy applies worldwide and aligns with payment processors such as Paddle, Stripe, Razorpay, and Dodo Payments.
Refunds are generally available for first-time purchases where no substantial use of paid features occurred, or where a technical issue prevents reasonable use and cannot be resolved. Refund eligibility may vary by jurisdiction and payment processor policies.
Requests should be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge unless local consumer law provides a different period. Renewal charges are typically non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, unless required by applicable law.
If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it converts to a paid plan, the initial charge may not be refundable. Promotional or discounted plans may have specific refund terms.
Payments may be processed by Paddle, Stripe, Razorpay, or Dodo Payments. Refund handling is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Where digital services were fully delivered or significantly used, refunds may not be granted. One-time consumables, add-ons, or third-party marketplace purchases may be non-refundable.
Partial or prorated refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the circumstances and processor policies. If granted, proration is calculated based on the remaining unused period of the current billing cycle.
If you initiate a chargeback, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage contacting support first to resolve issues promptly.
Contact support with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request at refunds@planta.app. We will review eligibility and, if applicable, coordinate with the relevant payment processor.
Consumer rights in your country or region may provide additional protections. Nothing in this policy limits rights granted under applicable law.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website, with the “Effective date” updated.
